- Establish Meaningful Relationships with Seniors and Their Families
- Assist with Daily Living Activities, Such as Meal Preparation and Housekeeping
- Provide Personal Support, Including Hygiene and Grooming Assistance
- Facilitate Effective Communication among Seniors, Family Members, and Office Staff
- Deliver Non-Medical Home Care Services as Necessary
Vital Requirements:
- HHA/Direct Care Certification
- Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Caregiving Experience, Primarily with Seniors
- Profound Compassion and Optimism, Driven by a Desire to Serve Seniors
- English Fluency; Additional Language Skills are Welcome
- Valid Driver's License, Reliable Transportation, and Active Car Insurance
- Ability to Clear a 2-Step PPD or Chest X-Ray Test
