✅ CNA, HHA, or DC certification (or equivalent experience)
✅ Minimum of two years of professional caregiving experience
✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
✅ Current TB Test (2-step PPD, Chest X-ray, or Quantiferon Blood Work)
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
🔹 Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
🔹 Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and household tasks
🔹 Deliver personal care services (bathing, grooming, and hygiene assistance)
🔹 Encourage independence while ensuring client safety and well-being
🔹 Maintain professional communication with families, colleagues, and office staff
