Duties may include:
- Answering phones and independently responding and resolving any issues.
- Manage general office duties such as correspondence with clients, handling mail, copying and filing caregiver and client documentation, and maintaining office supplies.
- Check, approve, and process caregiver mileage requests.
- Handling weekly scheduling changes that arise due to caregiver absence or client last minute requests. Updating the direct supervisor of any open shifts after making an exhaustive effort to staff these shifts.
- Making weekly calls to clients informing them of any shift or caregiver changes for the next week's schedule.
- Contacting clients and caregivers regarding day-to-day scheduling changes.
- Entering and maintaining client and caregiver information in the database.
- Entering and maintaining client and caregiver contact information in Google Contacts and supplying those to other team members.
- Following up with new clients to see how service is going and relaying any concerns to management team.
- Other responsibilities and tasks assigned by management.

- Abide by all HIPPA regulations.
This is a 20 to 30 hours per week position.
Times and days to be determined but will fall between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Position also includes an on-call rotation Monday - Thursday once every three to four weeks.
