We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated and highly organized Bilingual Care Scheduling Associate to join our growing team!
The Care Scheduler Associate position is primarily responsible for matching needs of care recipients and caregivers. The ideal candidate will have the drive and ambition to advance beyond their current position and will have a demonstrated record of goal achievement.
Care Scheduler Associates have extremely high personal interaction with care recipients, their families and the caregivers providing care. This function also has high interaction with the Operations Manager and the Operations Team.
The ideal candidate will have Experience in the Home Health or Home Care Field along with Customer Service Experience.
Job Requirements:
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with the Operations Manager, co-workers, those in a caregiving role and the general public.
- Must be extremely customer focused with an understanding of true quality service. Must be able to pay attention to the details associated with quality service.
- Must have the ability to develop strong, communicative relationships with the Operations team.
- Must have the ability to recognize and understand quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Must have excellent listening, personal and soft skills.
- Must have the ability to concentrate, organize, detail and follow through on task completion.
- Must have the ability to do on-call support - after hours and weekends
- Must be willing to work in the field and cover cases as needed,
- Must have the ability to multitask and re-prioritize based on activities of the day.
- Must have the ability to understand state and business license requirements.
- Must have basic computer skills and the ability to learn new applications. Proficient in Word and Excel
- Must have a successful completion of background check and confirmation of professional references.
