Apply today! Visiting Angels has an immediate opening for a full-time scheduler. This position has great potential for growth. Must be kind, compassionate, dependable, have professional phone etiquette and customer service skills and loves problem solving. Also requires accurate data entry skills. This person will join our office staff and help coordinate rapidly changing events on a day-to-day basis. Our agency is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We never close.
Visiting Angels provides daily living assistance to seniors which includes companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, personal care, performing errands and transportation to doctor appointments. The scheduler's responsibility will be to accurately schedule clients visits with appropriate caregiver.

Experience Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of Appointment Scheduling
- 1 Year Office Experience
- 1 Year of Phone Etiquette
- 1 Year Of Data Entry
Scheduler Requirements:
- Work Hours 8am- 430pm, Monday - Friday
- General computer knowledge
- Work under pressure
- Problem solver
- Multitasking
- Handle our after hours phones one weekend per month (overnight)
- Work without supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Team player
- Comfortable with mobile apps
- Pass drug screen and criminal background check
