Overview:
We are seeking a detail oriented and creative Accounting/Social Media, administrative assistant to join our dynamic team. This dual role will require a blend of accounting support and social media management to enhance our online presence and ensure efficient financial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Assist with day to day accounting processess.
- Utilize Axiscare software to schedule clients and employees.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain phone etiquette when interacting with clients and team members
- Participate in community service events/promotions.
- Promote social media, surveys and reviews
Skills:
- Proficiency with computers, typing.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in customer support or receptionist roles preferred
- Experience in accounting, payroll, timekeeping systems.
- Ability to coordinate projects effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and organization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
