Responsibilities
Be a companion to someone that is lonely.
Provide personal hygiene assistance and attend to your client's basic needs.
Remind clients to take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation.
Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.).
Plan and prepare meals.
Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to successfully do so.
Perform housekeeping duties
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting clients so they can stay in their home!
Qualifications
Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every day
You have a compassionate and supportive manner about you
Available to work the shifts you want, including nights and/or weekends
Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment a plus but not required.
No experience but want a career in caregiving - We will train you.
