Our Mission

After working successfully in the healthcare industry, both of us (Gary and Kim Burmylo) moved to Southwest Florida in 2014 to work together to provide a service that would allow us to give back to the community. Married for over 20 years with the responsibility of looking after our senior parents, we had the opportunity to observe the caliber of care that our loved ones received when we could not be with them. We were counting on “others” to make sure our parents were safe and comfortable. We were disappointed in the feedback from our parents, and we never really found a sense of respite care or someone we could count on. Instead, we learned that our parents were not given the courtesy, respect, and attention they deserved. Needless to say… we were let down. It was then that we explored the possibility of owning our own homecare company- one in which we could feel proud to say that we treat all customers with dignity and respect. We realized early on that each and every client we are caring for or looking after are your loved ones after all and they deserve the very best care possible. Job Responsibilities

• This team member will guarantee that caregiving services are available to our clients in an emergency. The On-Call Caregiver / HHA / CNA is a member of our team that provides EMERGENCY coverage to our clients in their home.

Schedule:

• Saturday, Sunday, Monday (24 hours PRN)

Requirements

• Treat clients with dignity and respect

• Weekend availability (If applicable)

• Effective communication skills

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance (If applicable)

• This position will provide in-home caregiving services as needed in urgent situation.

• Must be proficient in transfers, bathing, cooking, reporting, transportation and household needs.

• Must be able to work on a short notice

• Report to shift assignments within 1 hour

• Able to work the full territory (Lee County and Charlotte County)

• Compliance with State of Florida regulations, DMV check, and drug screening.
