Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide care for clients with Dementia and Alzheimer’s.
- Monitor clients’ physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes to the care team.
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients by offering companionship and emotional support.
- Follow personalized care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- 6 months of caregiving experience or certification (NAC, HCA, etc.).
- Experience with Dementia or Alzheimer’s care is preferred.
- Ability to assist with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, toileting).
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to help others.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
