Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide care and support for clients with Dementia and Alzheimer’s.
- Monitor clients' physical and emotional well-being and report any changes to the care team.
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, offering companionship and emotional support.
- Follow personalized care plans and ensure accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- 6 months of caregiving experience or certification in caregiving (NAC, HCA, etc.).
- Experience with Dementia or Alzheimer’s care preferred.
- Ability to assist with personal care tasks like bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong desire to help others.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
