Your Role:
- Assist seniors with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide specialized care for clients with Dementia or Alzheimer’s, offering individualized support.
- Monitor and report on clients' physical and emotional well-being to ensure their safety.
- Offer assistance with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility.
- Build strong, caring relationships with clients, offering companionship and emotional support.
- Follow care plans closely to deliver the highest quality service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant certification (NAC, HCA, etc.).
- Skills: Experience with Dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus.
- Character: Compassion, patience, dependability, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliability: Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation for any driving duties.
- Safety: Ability to pass a background check.
