Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Community Outreach
Drive agency growth through in-person visits , networking , and relationship-building with referral sources (hospitals, senior centers, physicians, etc.).
Develop and communicate the Visiting Angels value proposition , ensuring our services stand out.
Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of local industry trends and competitors.
Build and execute a Marketing Action Plan with measurable goals and strategies.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Create engaging marketing materials and outreach campaigns to boost brand awareness.
Educate referral sources and the community about our best-in-class caregivers and services.
Track and analyze marketing efforts, making strategic adjustments as needed.
Collaboration & Office Support
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Provide support with office coverage, after-hours rotations, and client / caregiver issue resolution when needed.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience in business development, marketing, or sales , preferably in home care, healthcare, or senior services .
Strong networking skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
A self-starter who thrives on hitting goals and driving growth.
Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
