Benefits we offer :

• 19.00 an hour base rate with annual increases
• 21-$24 an hour Bonus Rate for weekend shifts and fill-in shifts (Bonus Rates are for weekend shifts and last-minute fill-ins).
• 22.00-$24.00 an hour for couple care shifts, with bonus rate on weekends up to $30 / hour
• Referral Bonus $300, unlimited
• Google review Bonus, $50 each
• Up to $150 monthly drawing to reimburse for utility bill
• Time and a half when working holidays

Your Role :

As a Care Specialist, you will provide caregiving services to seniors to help them stay in their own homes or assist them in a senior living facility, such as a nursing home. This could include tasks such as :
