Description of the role :
Visiting Angels Upland is currently seeking dedicated, caring and compassionate caregivers to join our team of in-home caregivers. As a caregiver for our non-medical in-home care agency, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. This is a daytime shift position that offers flexibility and the ability to work within the Inland Empire.
Requirements :
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid California driver's license
- MUST BE A CALIFORNIA DRIVERS LICENSE. Out-of-state Driver's License is not acceptable
- A reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance where you must be listed as an insured driver
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and screening of your driving record
- Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) - if not registered, we'll assist you with the process!
- Proof of negative TB test - if you need it, we'll pay for it!
- Physical ability to perform the duties required of the role
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Two professional, work-related references
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Must be compassionate, patient, and dependable
