What You Will Do:

As the Director, you will be at the helm of our Billings operation, responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services. Your key responsibilities will include:

Marketing & Business Development:

- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to build brand recognition and expand market share.

- Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral partners.

Client Care Leadership:

- Oversee the complete care experience for clients, from onboarding to ongoing service excellence.

- Conduct new patient consultations and annual supervisory visits to ensure quality standards.

- Coordinate and communicate with medical and non-medical institutions to optimize care delivery.

Caregiver Management:

- Recruit, screen, and hire top-tier caregivers to maintain a high standard of service.

- Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and support.

- Strategically schedule caregiver assignments to meet client needs.

Operational Oversight:

- Manage intake of new clients and oversee all associated follow-ups.

- Handle LTC insurance claims and ensure timely submissions.

- Serve as the on-call contact for after-hours needs, including client sign-ups and caregiver replacement as necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s Degree and a track record of success in leadership roles.

- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales management, or operations management.

- Strong entrepreneurial drive with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
