Visiting Angels is America's leading provider of in-home care, elder care, respite care, senior personal care, elderly care and companion care services. With our senior home care services, elderly adults can continue to live independently in their own homes. We are looking for a Director to manage our Jasper, IN office. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and be willing to put in the work required to grow this market.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Marketing and Business Development
- Responsible for Patient Care for all clients including the following:
- New Patient sign-ups
- Scheduling caregivers to work with clients
- Annual supervisory visits on all private pay clients
- Responsible for all Caregiver Hiring and Supervision
- Interviewing and screening all caregiver applications
- Annual caregiver evaluations on each caregiver
- Responsible for coordinating care with appropriate medical/non-medical institutions
- Responsible for scheduling all caregiver assignments
- Responsible for the following after hours & on call duties
- Answering the telephone After Hours as needed
- Providing back up and replacement caregivers during the time in which you answer the telephone
- Must be available for after-hours sign ups on nights and weekends
- Responsible for managing all intakes of potential patients and the follow up associated with these potential patients
- Responsible for submitting/communicating with LTC insurance claims each month
Compensation:
- $50,000 - $120,000 (Higher compensation available depending on office growth)
