As a Senior Support Specialist, you will provide personalized support to seniors and individuals in need, assisting with daily activities, personal care, and medication management. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with ambulation and mobility, personal care and hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping duties, and companionship. You will also be expected to report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have a strong background in home care or elderly care, excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid, and a willingness to adhere to health and safety standards. You should also possess good time management skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and strong ethics. A physical endurance is also essential for this role.
