Visiting Angels is a non-medical home care agency seeking an organized, efficient, and friendly individual to join our team as an Office Administrator focused on Caregiver Relations.
As a member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for administrative duties involving scheduling interviews, conducting caregiver interviews, processing background checks, calling references, updating various scheduling systems, and maintaining employee records. The role of this position is to welcome new caregivers into their position, offer support, maintain positive relationships with caregivers and clients, and act as a liaison between our caregivers, clients, and office staff.
Some Other Essential Duties:
* Create and maintain client and caregiver schedules utilizing our agency scheduling software platform (training provided upon hire).
* Provide confirmation of client schedules for billing and invoicing
* Provide confirmation of caregiver worked schedules for payroll
* Provide consultation to caregivers regarding their client (review care plans, and basic client needs).
* Receive and process caregiver/client issues and concerns
*Provide 'On Call' phone duties for after hours needs - (this is a rotating schedule with other office personnel, which equates to 1 week per month)

Pay: $35,000.00 - $37,500.00 per year
