*Overview* We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those requiring assistance. *Duties* - Provide direct care and assistance to individuals in a group home or long-term care setting - Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing - Monitor and observe patients for any changes in condition or behavior - Offer emotional support and companionship to individuals under your care - Implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs, including dementia care and memory care - Support social activities and engagement for residents *Requirements* - Experience in senior care, dementia care, or related fields is preferred - Ability to provide patient monitoring and direct support to individuals - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others - Willingness to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team - Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus Join our team of dedicated Caregivers and embark on a rewarding career where you can truly make a difference in the lives of others.
