Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles, have empathy, and possess strong organizational skills. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00 pm with some phone on call rotation
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule visits for clients with caregivers
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Work with phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively
- Maintain accurate records of notes and client information
Skills:
- Proficiency in administrative tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to show empathy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- On call on rotation basis for after hours calls
- Must be reliable and punctual
