What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling Coordinator position at Visiting Angels?
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a scheduler for Home Health Aides/Caregivers
- Able to communicate well with Home Health Aides, Clients and Director
- Maintain and monitor daily schedule for Clients
- Work closely with Director
- Maintains confidentiality regarding clients, agency business and healthcare staff
- Able to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
- Ability to read, write, understand and carry out directions, and keep simple schedule records
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
