Visiting Angels is a leading non-medical, private duty home care agency providing companionship, safety supervision and personal care to help adults continue to live safely, with dignity and independently in their homes.
We are searching for wonderful caregivers in Temple, Harker Heights, Killeen, Copperas Cove, Lampasas, Rockdale and MORE! Shifts are available in the mornings, afternoons and evenings- on weekdays AND/OR weekends! Their lengths can be as short as 1 hour and as long as 12 hours and anything in between- YOU provide your availability and we will create your perfect schedule based on our clients' needs. Pick up as many clients as you'd like! If you want a rewarding career and love helping those in your community who need you, we want to hear from YOU! Perfect for students (over 18 years old) and those looking for extra income! *MUST have reliable transportation of your own*

Caregiver Angel job duties include but are not limited to:
- Hygiene and grooming assistance (bathing, dressing, incontinence care, etc.)
- Medication reminders
- Monitoring/safety supervision
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry, errands and shopping
- Ambulation/mobility assistance, including lifting upwards of 50lbs
- Supportive companionship
- Respond quickly in case of an emergency
- Transportation to and from appointments
Requirements:
- A great attitude, helpful and ready for anything
- Ability to take direction, follow rules and be proactive
- Good time management skills
- High integrity and strong ethics
- MUST have over 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience with the elderly
- Be over 18 years old
- Successful completion of a Criminal History check
- Professional references
- Reliable transportation of your own
- Valid Driver’s License/clean driving record/proof of insurance
