Role Description
This is a Part Time, PRN on-site role for a Caregiver/Direct Care Professional in Mesa, Scottsdale and Phoenix Area. The Daily tasks include assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship. Establishing and maintaining open communication channels with clients, families, and healthcare providers while documenting and reporting changes in clients’ conditions
Qualifications
- Experience in providing personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Skills in meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving or healthcare are a plus
- Experience in a similar role or the healthcare industry is preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
