Your Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Carry out treatment programs in accordance with agency policies and professional standards of care
- Instruct family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in physical therapy techniques
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers regarding patient progress
- Prepare reports and maintain records in accordance with agency policy
Requirements for Success
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Professional licensure in both Vermont and New Hampshire
