Hospice / Home Health Licensed Nursing Assistants at the VNH are an integral part of the care team, where they provide personal care and other supportive services to individuals in their homes, assist the patient to live independently with dignity and safety, and provide temporary respite and relief from total care responsibilities for the primary caregiver.
