The Team Administrative Assistant , under the direction of the Clinical Manager, provides administrative support for all team operations within the program. Team Administrative Assistants at VNH act as the initial point of contact for inquiries regarding the team from patients, families, staff and other customers. This position facilitates and supports coordinated patient visits and staff schedules to achieve the highest level of team effectiveness. Team Administrative Assistants monitor compliance with plans of care, organizational policies and procedures, and regulations through regular chart audits and are also responsible for the consistent and timely compilation, management, and communication of team performance data.
