Responsibilities of Occupational Therapist:
· Screens, evaluates, re-evaluates, and treats patients referred by a licensed physician.
· Coordinates and communicates treatment activities with health care team members and the patient.
Qualifications of Occupational Therapist:
· Must hold a valid professional license or be license eligible in both VT and NH, as appropriate.
· B.S. in Occupational Therapy or equivalent experience.
· One (1) year of experience as an occupational therapist in a hospital, clinic, or home health agency required.
