As a Medical Social Worker (MSW), you will:
- Complete skilled bio/psycho social assessment within regulatory timeframes.
- Counsel the patient/family/caregiver for long range planning.
- Provide short-term therapy to the patients.
- Educates the patient/family/caregiver regarding available resources.
- Provide problem resolution associated with high risk indicators endangering the patient.
To qualify for a Medical Social Work (MSW), position with us:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, Master’s degree preferred.
- Must possess professional licensure in the State of Indiana.
- One year experience in a health care setting required.
- Home care or geriatric experience preferred.
- Maintains CEU requirements.
- Must meet requirements for employment, including but not limited to, possession of a valid driver’s license,

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
