Job Summary
- Serve as a liaison between local, regional, and state agencies serving children with special needs
- Design and implement policies and procedures to maintain the quality of services provided to clients
- Supervise staff in conjunction with our managerial and leadership practices
- Oversee and track key program metrics, including referral management, case assignments, service delivery, and timely reporting
- Prepare reports and audits for the Department of Health and VNACJ
