Position Overview
Key Details
- Schedule Work two (2) 12-hour weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 830 AM-830 PM).
- Compensation Baylor RNs work 24 hours but are paid for 30 hours, including the expectation to complete documentation and follow-ups within 24-30 hours.
- Benefits Enjoy the same benefits as full-time RNs, pro-rated for a 30-hour workweek.
- Assess and evaluate the needs of patients with life-threatening or life-limiting illnesses, developing appropriate care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, addressing their unique needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
- Monitor and document changes in patients' conditions and update care plans accordingly.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety policies, and organizational standards.
- Education NJ RN license, BSN preferred
- Experience At least 1 year of supervised clinical experience as a registered nurse.
- Preferred Skills
- Certification in Hospice Palliative Care Nursing or Critical Care.
- Strong critical care skills.
- Essential Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficient computer skills.
