We are currently looking for a Speech Therapist to join our team. The position would be responsible for providing speech and language therapy evaluation and treatment to patients in their homes or alternate community settings.

Responsibilities
- Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers.
- Assesses and evaluates client for speech and language therapy needs and develops and implements appropriate plan of action in collaboration with the physician
- Documents all changes in client’s condition and updates care plans and outcomes accordingly
- Identifies counseling needs and plans appropriate teaching strategies
- Monitors quality and appropriateness of services provided
- Adheres to agency infection control and safety policies
- Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance
- Omission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this position
- Licensed Speech-Language pathologist with CCC-SLP certification and Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- 2-3 years of prior clinical experience and community based experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid NJ drivers license
