Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Weekend Registered Nurse to join our home health team. The Weekend Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing quality care to patients on weekends, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, and ensuring the highest standards of nursing care are maintained.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Proven experience as a Home Health, Med/Surg or Acute Care Registered Nurse
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to in patients in their homes, on weekends
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
- Administer treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and record observations
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs
- Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
- Maintain accurate patient records
Working Hours
- Saturdays and Sundays, work between 8a-8p, 16, 20 or 24 hours (paid additional Baylor hours).
