What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse, week days position at Visiting Nurse Association of Boston & Affiliates?
Hospice LPN, prior Hospice experience preferred
24 hours (3 days) per week OR 40 hours (5 days) per week
Position Summary: Provides patient care which will include supportive care, physical care, pain management care, preventive care and personal care to maximize the comfort and health of terminally ill patients and their families.
