Job Summary
VNA Care is looking for compassionate and organized Registered Nurses to join their team as Home Health RNs in the Lowell, Chelmsford, Tyngsborough, and surrounding areas. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 am to 4:30 pm, and manageable geographic service areas.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid MA RN License in good standing.
- 1 year of med/surg experience; acute care experience is beneficial.
- Ability to work well with patients and their families, demonstrating compassion and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel within a specified territory.
Responsibilities
- Conduct home health visits to provide quality care to patients in their homes.
- Manage patient cases efficiently, utilizing the Oasis E documenting system and demonstrating effective time management.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Training
New hires will undergo an extensive orientation program encompassing Home Health practices. This includes working with a preceptor in the field for 6-8 weeks, guided by an Educator. Training will cover Case Management, Oasis E documenting, Time Management, and EMR system usage.
