$20K Sign on Bonus

VNA Care is currently looking for compassionate and organized Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Home Health team in Rockport, Gloucester, Beverly, and the surrounding areas. As an RN in our Home Health program, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, with options ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., Sunday through Saturday. This role offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and manageable geographic service areas, allowing you to spend quality time with patients.

Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN License in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of medical/surgical experience; acute care experience is advantageous
- Ability and willingness to travel within the designated territory
- Demonstrated ability to work well with patients and their families, along with strong organizational and multitasking skills

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes
- Create and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on managing their conditions and promoting wellness
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
