VNA Care is seeking Per Visit Registered Nurses (RNs) for Home Health visits for the Leominster territory. The ideal candidate must have experience in Home Health and Oasis E.
Qualifications
- Active and in good standing Massachusetts RN license
- Previous experience in Home Health and familiarity with Oasis E
- Willingness to travel within a designated territory
Responsibilities
- Conduct Home Health visits following a flexible schedule between 8a-4:30p Mon-Fri and 8a-6:30p Sat-Sun
- Attend a fully paid orientation, including classroom training and field work with a preceptor
- Collaborate with an educator in-office to review Home Care Home Base EMR system, time management, and Oasis documentation
- Maintain a 24-hour weekly schedule during the training period
- Deliver care with kindness and compassion to every individual served
