Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients based on individual occupational therapy needs
Develop and adjust care plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team
Monitor patient progress and document changes in functional status and independence
Deliver high-quality care while adhering to safety protocols and attendance standards
Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy Licensure in NJ
- 2-3 years of prior clinical experience and community based experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid NJ driver's license
Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Working indoors/outdoors, driving, lifting, sitting, standing, walking, fine motor hand movement, use of phone and tablet for documentation
