We are seeking a per diem Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team on an hourly basis. In this role, you will provide nutrition assessments and counseling to home care patients and their families.

Responsibilities
Position Summary:
- Perform thorough nutritional evaluations for all designated patients in alignment with VNA Health Group policies.
- Deliver assessments in patients' homes, through Telehealth, or by phone, depending on the patient's choice.
- Experience with high-risk pediatric patients is preferred.
Qualifications
Job Competencies & Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Food, and Nutrition.
- Registered Dietitian credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- Experience working with culturally diverse populations.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Working Conditions/Physical Demand:
Services are provided in the patient’s home in the community or facility setting or as per patient request via telehealth or phone.
