RN Field Manager
Location: Mercer and Somerset Counties
We are hiring a compassionate RN Field Manager to lead and support Home Health Aides (HHAs), ensuring top-quality patient care and fostering a positive, professional team environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor care provided by HHAs.
- Conduct field visits to evaluate care quality.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and provide leadership support as needed.
- Oversee training programs and professional development for HHAs.
- Ensure compliance with health standards and agency policies.
Qualifications
- License:NJ RN license
- Education: BSN required.
- Experience: 2 years homecare experience required
- Skills: Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.
- Other: Driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Business Office Environment with phone and computer use
