The Vice President, Children and Family Health Institute at the Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey will provide professional leadership and strategic oversight to the institute. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing new programs, fostering strategic relationships, and driving growth and integration of institute programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Relationship Development
- Build and maintain relationships with key executives, community leaders, schools, and health departments.
- Program Development and Implementation
- Design and launch new programs that significantly impact health outcomes.
- Leadership and Management
- Provide visionary leadership and exceptional managerial practices to inspire and motivate institute directors and managers.
- Grant Development and Management
- Identify and secure essential funding and resources for impactful initiatives.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in a related field, preferably in Public Health.
- Registered Nurse, LCSW, or Dietician would be beneficial.
- 10 years of experience working with community collaborations and Children and Family Grant Programs.
- 10 years of prior management experience, with ability to influence and engage direct and director reports and peers.
