Registered Nurse – Home Assist

We’re looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our Home Assist department in Western Cuyahoga County. This is your chance to use your expertise in a way that truly impacts patients' lives, providing them with compassionate, innovative care in the comfort of their own homes.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience: You have experience in home health or medical-surgical nursing. You understand the importance of strong assessments and the ability to adapt to diverse situations.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You can balance independent work with being a collaborative team player.
- Values: You hold yourself to the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.
- Education: You’re an RN licensed in Ohio with a Diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Plus, you have 1-2 years of experience in a medical-surgical or hospital setting.
- Certifications: You’re up-to-date with your CPR certification and have a valid driver’s license.
