Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized care and engage in patient interaction
- Monitor and assess vital signs and conduct physical evaluations
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians
- Maintain thorough documentation of patients’ ongoing conditions
- Provide care for G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators as needed
- Empathetic and effective patient interaction
- Competence in vital signs monitoring and physical assessments
- Ability to implement prescribed medications and treatments
- Strong documentation capabilities for tracking patient progress
- Experience with G-tubes, tracheostomy, and ventilator care is preferred
- Must possess a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Pediatric experience is appreciated but not mandatory
