- Deliver personalized one-on-one nursing care and engage with patients
- Monitor and assess vital signs and overall physical condition
- Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and condition
- Provide specialized care, including G-tube, trach, and ventilator management if necessary
- Strong patient interaction and communication abilities
- Competence in performing vital signs assessments
- Proficiency in medication administration and treatment protocols
- Detail-oriented documentation skills for patient health records
- Experience with G-tubes, trach, and ventilator care is advantageous
- Current licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Pediatric nursing experience is preferred but not mandatory
