Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-on-one patient care and engage in meaningful interactions.
- Conduct vital signs monitoring and comprehensive physical assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Accurately document patients’ ongoing conditions.
- Provide specialized care, which may include G-tubes, tracheostomy, and ventilator support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate approach to patient care.
- Proficient in performing vital signs and physical assessments.
- Ability to administer medications and document patient conditions effectively.
- Familiarity with G-tubes, trach, and ventilator care preferred but not essential.
- Valid Nursing License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not mandatory.
