Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Litchfield County, a non-profit home health and hospice agency serving Litchfield County and the Farmington Valley for over 100 years is seeking a Home Care Sales/Marketing Representative to join their team. The Sales/Marketing Representative will be responsible for increasing the agency's home health and hospice patient census by marketing to referral sources in the Litchfield and Hartford County areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and expand brand awareness.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key referral sources such as doctors, hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare professionals.
Attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach programs to promote our services.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and campaigns (social media, brochures, website content, etc.)
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor services to help differentiate our offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field (preferred).
3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the healthcare industry (preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and work with diverse groups (i.e. healthcare professionals, clients, families).
Knowledge of home health care services and the regulatory environment (a plus).
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
