Our work environment includes : Quality 1 : 1 time with patients Supportive professional environment 1 : 1 training and orientation period at your pace Some Job Responsibilities : The Home Health Aide is responsible for rendering personal care and assistance to the VNSHS patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse and under orders from the patient's physician, reporting changes in the patient's conditions or situation to the Hospice House Staff Nurse.
