VIRTUAL HEALTH TECH INSTALLER

VNS Westchester is seeking apart time Tech installer for the Virtual Health division of our Certified Home Health Agency. This position will be based out of White Plains, New York and is a field position. VNS Westchester is a destination employer who offers great career growth and a people oriented culture! We take care of our people! Responsibilities Transporting TH equipment : The Installer will make appointment with patient / designee upon the direction of the VHP Manager. This could be at the initiation of the VHP and at the end of the service to pick up equipment Pick up TH kit from the office, test devices are in working order (i.e., the tablet has 100% power) and set up devices in the patient's home; ensure devices are working (and connected) before leaving the residence. Contact TH vendor (HRS) if there are connectivity issues during set up at the patient's residence. Upon removal of equipment from the patient's residence, the installer will bring devices back to the office for sanitation The devices will be sanitized according to protocol Inventory / Management of TH equipment Ensure that the devices are in good working condition and notify VHP Manager if there are issues, including defects and connectivity issues Contact TH vendor (HRS) to resolve connectivity issues, if needed Periodic testing of idle TH kits (usually monthly) to ensure they are updated and ready for use (i.e., test batteries, check tablets for regular updates from HRS) Other tasks as identified by the VHP Manager related to the fulfillment and removal of TH kits Qualifications : 1. Basic computer and technology equipment set up knowledge. 2. Strong time management skills, 3. Valid Drivers License and use of an automobile. 4. Availability during Weekdays. 5. Flexibility of schedule, can be on call. 6. Dependable and reliable. 7. Minimum of a High School Diploma. Pay Rate : $19 per hour Employment Type : Full Time
