Job Description
As an Occupational Therapist with Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop treatment plans that address their physical, cognitive, and emotional needs. You will assess home environments to ensure safety and provide recommendations for necessary modifications or equipment. Additionally, you will provide patient and caregiver education and accurate and timely documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- You must have a MA license as an Occupational Therapist (OTR).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) is required.
- You should be able to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals.
- You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You should have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- You should be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
