Job Description: We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team of skilled clinicians serving the Dennis residential area of Massachusetts. Your primary responsibilities will include providing occupational therapy treatments to individuals in their homes, monitoring patients' progress, educating patients and families on exercises and activities, and maintaining accurate patient records under the supervision of a Registered Therapist.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a valid MA Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license, a minimum of 1-year experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
