Speech Language Pathologist Role: We are searching for an enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team serving the Wareham residential area of Massachusetts. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of $90,000-$120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and more.
Job Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing customized treatment plans focused on patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
- Conducting assessments to evaluate patients' cognitive, language, and swallowing functions and provide recommendations for necessary adjustments or equipment.
- Providing patient and caregiver education to enhance communication and swallowing skills.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient progress.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A valid MA SLP license is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist is preferred.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment is essential.
